Following the sale of each artwork or print, I do specifically contact the customer or gallery to ensure complete satisfaction of quality. Most of the feedback that I receive is either electronic or simply verbal, as most of my sales are conducted on line, via the broadband internet and via e mail. Also, galleries rarely obtain written feedback to an artist. Listed below are a few genuine e mails received following receipt of my oil paintings and pastels and occasionally customers send me a photo of my artwork hung in their homes which I also post on my website. I am happy to provide copies of the actual e mails and reference contact information for agreeable customers upon request.
